Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 5 to 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email, providing the item is in stock. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
** PLEASE NOTE ** Handmade items on a Pre Order will take approx 20 - 30 business days for delivery therefore please bear this in mind when ordering. Any handmade item ordered then cancelled by your self due to you miscalculating the delivery period can be cancelled however this will incur a 30% re stocking fee.
